These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded between Gruuusdfa GmbH (hereinafter "Provider") and the customer via the website www.gruuusdfa.com.
2. Description of Services
The Provider offers consulting services in the field of regional development and financial advice. Specific services are agreed individually with the customer. The newsletter service provides regular information on regional development opportunities.
3. Contract Formation
Subscribing to the newsletter or contacting us through our website does not constitute a binding contract. A contract for consulting services is only concluded through a separate written agreement.
4. Customer Obligations
The customer agrees to provide truthful information when using our services and to inform us immediately of any changes to their contact information.
5. Liability
The Provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, the Provider is only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) and insofar as damages from injury to life, body, or health are affected.

8. Changes to the GTC
The Provider reserves the right to change these GTC at any time. The changed terms will be communicated to the customer by email. If the customer does not object within four weeks of receiving the notification, the changed terms are deemed accepted.
9. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contractual relationship is Berlin, provided the customer is a merchant or has no general place of jurisdiction in Germany.
